The Fairfield Republican Town Committee is pleased to have endorsed State Senator Tony Hwang as the Republican Candidate for First Selectman.

Special Election Day Details:

• Date: Tuesday, February 3, 2026

• Polling Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Polling Locations: Your regular polling place (check your location here: https://portaldir.ct.gov/sots/LookUp.aspx)

• Absentee Ballots:  Absentee voting in Connecticut is a two-step process. A completed and signed Absentee Ballot Application must be filed with the Town Clerk before a ballot is issued.  Applications may be filed in person, by mail, or by e-mail. If filed by e-mail, the original signed application must be returned with the ballot, or by mail, to the Town Clerk's Office, 611 Old Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824, by Election Day for the vote to be counted.
